Warranty Policy

Our Commitment to Quality
At Brewista, we stand behind every product we make. If your Brewista appliance is defective due to materials or workmanship under normal household use, we will repair or replace it under this limited warranty.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  • Who’s Covered: The original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
  • What’s Covered:
    • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
    • Electrical or mechanical failures under normal use
    • Replacement parts and labor needed for warranty repairs

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., finish blemishes, minor scratches)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial, rental, or industrial use
  • Damage caused by power surges, floods, fire, or other external events
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Consumable parts (e.g., filters)
  • Glassware and ceramic components (e.g., carafes, drippers)

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather Required Information
    1. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or sales receipt)
    2. Product model and serial numbers
    3. Clear photos or video showing the defect or failure
  2. Submit Your Claim
    1. Email support@brewistabrand.co or use our Contact Form
    2. Include all required information in your message
  3. Review & Response
    1. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
    2. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days.
    3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for repair or replacement.
    4. Additional information requests will be communicated via email.

4. Return Shipping & Repairs

  • If a return is required, we will send a prepaid shipping label.
  • Clean and securely package the product, including all accessories.
  • Do not dispose of or alter the product until instructed.
  • Once received, repairs or replacement shipments are completed within 10–15 business days.

5. International Warranty

  • Warranty service outside the U.S. is handled by our authorized distributors.
  • Locate your nearest distributor via our Distributor Locator.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and shipping to local distributors.

6. Additional Notes

  • Warranty claims submitted without proof of purchase may be delayed or denied.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
  • If your exact model is discontinued, we may provide a comparable replacement.
  • For products purchased before July 1, 2024, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased; Brewista cannot honor warranty claims for pre-transition inventory.
