Shipping Policy
At Brewista, we are dedicated to delivering your premium coffee gear quickly and securely. We aim to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition so you can enjoy the ultimate coffee experience.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Friday or over the weekend/holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)

Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $150 or more.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (UPS Ground or USPS Priority) at a flat rate of $15 on orders under $150.

Expedited Options: 2–3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express) and Overnight (UPS Next Day Air) — rates calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping

International orders are fulfilled exclusively via our authorized distributors.

4. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: Ineligible for expedited or overnight services; please provide a street address.

Hazardous Items: Products containing lithium batteries may incur additional handling fees or regional restrictions.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Report any issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date by emailing support@brewistabrand.co or submitting a message via our Contact Form.

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the problem.
7. Shipping Delays

Estimated transit times are provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Changing or Cancelling an Order

To modify or cancel before shipment, contact us via email or the Contact Form immediately.

Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled—standard return procedures will apply.
