Refunds & Returns Policy

At Brewista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we're here to help!

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Opened consumables (e.g., coffee beans)
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
    • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Form or email support@brewistabrand.co with:
    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you wish to return
    3. A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  2. Our Customer Care team will respond within 2 business days with detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely—include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package—and ship it to the address provided. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a new gift card.

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
  • If you need a different model or color, contact us first—depending on stock availability, we may be able to expedite an exchange without you paying additional shipping.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days of receipt with:
    • Photos or videos of the damage or defect
    • Your order number
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping) as quickly as possible—no restocking fee will apply.

6. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns of non-defective items.
  • The fee is calculated on the original item price and will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    • Check your bank or credit card account again.
    • Contact your payment provider—it may take additional processing time.
    • Still no refund? Email us at support@brewistabrand.co.
